OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. -- A man wearing a red mask ambushed and then groped a 10-year-old girl at a bus stop in Osceola County, according to the sheriff's department. Investigators said the girl was attacked at the corner of East Highway192 and Nova Avenue in Holopaw on Monday. "She indicated that an unknown male approached her from behind and started inappropriately touching her," Osceola County sheriff's representative Twis Lizasuain said. "He told her she was not allowed to tell anybody." .

Is our current policy a moneymaking scam used to put money in city coffers all over America? YES. Is our current policy a moneymaking scam for the lawyers (who incidentely passed the laws making marijuana a crime)? YES.
A recent federal study found that, statistically, people who smoke marijuana and drive are LESS LIKELY to be involved in an accident, because they tend not to speed, not to have road rage, and not to change lanes...they just cruise along from point A to point B in relative bliss.
I saw an interesting story a couple of years ago on Court TV about a woman driving a bus whose bus was involved in an accident for which even the prosecutor admitted she was not at fault, had no control over, and had done everything she could to avoid...but she was tested for drugs and tested positive for marijuana and was subjected to a mandatory sentence of something like 20 years.

I get less money. I don't earn much and am a single parent attempting to work rather than rely on benefits. The writer of this article may smirk about the 'big picture' but many individuals like myself are affected by the dollar slump. .
Long road to recovery for U.S. housing market: Greenspan
Greenspan, who has been outspoken throughout the credit crunch, said more house price declines were likely given a surfeit of supply but pointed to signs the lending crisis could be coming to end as demand for more risky assets grows. However, he warned any speculative market fever must be allowed to run its course to enable a full recovery. "As in similar situations of inventory excess, I would expect home price declines to continue until the rate of inventory liquidation reaches its peak," Greenspan told an audience at Reuters in London. "There is little relevant American history to guide us in judging the ultimate extent of home price decline or the timing of a new price recovery, or by extension, the economic impact on the rest of our trading partners."
